Dr. Lesani was very impatient. He seemed as if he was too busy to answer questions regarding treatment. Information correct knowledge fine but he was rude and dismissive. There were three of us in the office and another family member on the phone we all felt the same way. Dr. Lesani owes his patients better.

I have been going to Las Vegas for at least 20 years plus with Dr. David Larson. When Dr. Larson retired for some reason I cannot explain I was connected to Dr. Lesani. In my opinion he is a very low level Dr. I have ever had. When you try to get an appointment I always was treated as a second rate patient.
I had a catheter for FOUR MONTHS and every time I wanted to talk to the Dr. I got a PA and in my opinion all I got from the PA was lip service. Never any solutions, then when the Dr. decided to do TURP surgery he was about three hours late. When the Dr did show up to talk to me, he didn’t even look me in my face
the eye, as always.
So my opinion and only my is I would recommend another Dr. at Las Vegas Urology or find another Dr.
at some other urology.
If I could I would give this Dr. no star.

untreated urinary tract infection which showed up in pre-op testing. Dr. Lesani performed Lithotripsy/ESWL anyway without antibiotics prior to or after procedure. Ended up with Sepsis. My advice make sure you check your pre-op testing prior to any surgery by any doctor.
